Now it is easy to have a fresh brighter smile
What is tooth whitening?
Using the latest in techniques, we can offer a safe method for creating a beautiful smile. A mould is taken of your mouth to make specialized custom-fitted mouth trays. The whitening gel is placed in the comfortable, inconspicuous trays and worn over your teeth for up to 4 hours, depending on the kit chosen.
The active ingredient, carbamide peroxide, is broken down in the trays and oxygen enters the enamel and dentine and bleaches the coloured substances. The structure of the tooth is not changed: only the tooth is made lighter and whiter.
How long does it take?
Results are usually seen in the first night. Maximum results generally occur when the process is continued for 10 to 14 nights.
Is tooth bleaching safe?
Research shows that whitening teeth is safe for the teeth and gums.
Are there any side effects?
For the majority of people there are none. However, some will experience temporary increased tooth sensitivity to cold during the treatment. This will subside after ceasing the treatment. If sensitivity is present, wear times can be shortened or made less frequent or teeth can be brushed with de-sensitising toothpaste. Abstaining from carbonated drinks and citrus or acidic foods and beverages will reduce the risk of temporary sensitivity.
How long will the results last?
You will need to use the top up kits, for 1-2 nights on a monthly basis.
Total cost of treatment from £300.00
